Registration

New to the 2025-26 School Year: Athletic Registration for high school students is all online!

Only one account is created for each family.  On-line registration is for high school students only!  Incoming high school students can be added to the existing family account once it is established. Please keep your log-in information in a safe place to be used each year/season for athletic team registration.

  • You will need to know your student’s ID number to start this process.
  • All boxes with an * need to be answered to submit the registration.
  • Registration and fee payment are two different processes. Registration is vital so the coach will have emergency contact information available for your child. The sport participation payment is due by the first competition of each sport season. 
Physical Exams

Physical Exams are required to participate in all sports - A physical examination taken April 1st or thereafter is valid for the following two school years. A physical exam taken before April 1st is valid ONLY for the remainder of that school year and the following school year.

All Sport Passes

OHS adult and student home All Sport Passes can be purchased for athletic events through GoFan. Passes are good for all home regular season athletic events. They can be purchased by clicking here. Costs for the passes are as follows:             

Adults $70.00
Students $30.00


 

Athletic Sport Participation Fees

$45.00: Tennis / Cross Country / Track and Field / Swimming 
$75.00: Baseball / Basketball / Football / Ski/Snowboard / Soccer / Softball / Volleyball / Wrestling/ Boys Lacrosse 
$100.00: Dance / Golf / Gymnastics            
$200.00: Winter Guard                  
$250.00: Hockey

Athletic User Fees no longer are added to the student account.  Payment can be made on-line via SchoolPay or by cash or check in the activities office. If you use the online system, please be sure to pick the correct sport your athlete will be participating in from the drop down menu of fees.

  • Students whose families submit the proper federal forms and qualify for free or reduced lunch under existing federal guidelines will have the option to have their athletic fees waived or reduced.
  • Families with students in multiple athletic programs will be responsible for a maximum family fee of $350.00 per year.  Please contact the Activities Office for more information.
  • Participation fees are to be paid prior to the first competition.
Refunds
  • Refunds of athletic user fees will be considered if a student/athlete voluntarily terminates or is terminated from an athletic activity prior to the third competition in that sport.
  • All school owned athletic equipment MUST be returned to the coach of the sport BEFORE any refunds will be considered.
