Registering for athletics at Onalaska High School is now easier than ever. Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, all athletic registrations will be completed through Skyward Family Access.

Physical Exams
A current physical examination must be on file before a student-athlete is eligible to participate in practices or competitions. An exam taken on April 1st or after is valid for the following two school years. A physical exam taken before April 1 is only valid for the remainder of that school year and the following school year.
Participation Fees
New for the 2026-27 school year: Participation fees vary by sport and will be added to your RevTrak account once team rosters have been finalized. Additional notes:
- Students whose families submit the proper federal forms and qualify for free or reduced lunch under existing federal guidelines will have the option to have their athletic fees waived or reduced.
- Families with students in multiple athletic programs will be responsible for a maximum family fee of $350.00 per year. Please contact the Activities Office for more information.
- Participation fees are to be paid prior to the first competition.
